 Real people answer the phone at MER. Often it is either  Tiffany or Anna who will answer your call and  direct you to one of several areas in the company: 

1-The Service Department, and Herb K. the Service Manager, or back to Brian, our Service Coordinator (and Web Master), for scheduling of your work. Once Scheduled the work will be done by our service techs, Greg and Karl.

2-Sales, where Bob, Dave, Chris, or Ben E. can provide you with sales and installation material on marine/industrial generators and engines. We have considerable engine and generator set inventory that includes Deere, Yanmar, Isuzu, and Scania Diesels, as well as Marathon and Stamford generators. Our application engineers and sales people design and sell custom solutions-tell them what you want to do and they will promptly work through it. 

3-Parts, where Gary,  Norm and Ben Cline field your calls and then send the orders out to Herby in shipping. UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL and others come and go every day, bringing incoming orders to us, and outgoing parts to you. Many shipments are also done, especially to Alaska, with Priority U.S. Mail, Alaska Airlines Gold Streak and Air Freight service. 

4-Accounting, where Tiffany and Anna  will answer questions about your account. 

5-Welding and Fabrication, where Ron, Tyler, Sean, and Pete design and fabricate new equipment. 

6-Assembly and Testing, where Kamal and Andrew assemble propulsion and generator packages, as well as running and load testing engines.
