All prices are FOB MER Equipment. All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) unless you specify otherwise. Due to size, weight, or location, some items will ship via truck. If you have an account with a truck carrier and wish to use that carrier to deliver your product, please let us know. Otherwise, we will ship your item by the most reasonable and economical means.

All product that leaves our facility will be in good condition and packaged accordingly. If damages occur in shipping you must file your claim with the carrier, not MER Equipment. Shortages and errors must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.

All returns must have prior authorization and are required to be in the original packaging and packaged in the same manner that it was received. To avoid delays in receiving your credit, please include a copy of the sales invoice. Items that are returned within thirty days of purchase will be credited or exchanged fully. No shipping credit will be issued on return items. No item will be accepted for return after thirty days without prior authorization and a 20% restocking charge will apply. Any item special ordered, modified or custom manufactured is not returnable. Freight on all returns is a the customer’s expense. No returns on manuals or electrical components (no exceptions). 25% restocking fee on all special orders.

The manufacturer of the product warrants defective products; MER Equipment does not imply or express any guarantee and or warranty other than by the manufacturer. All repairs or replacements are done by MER Equipment at the request of the customer, and are only warranted to the extent of the work performed. MER Equipment cannot be held liable for any consequential or indirect costs incurred by the customer associated with work performed.
