This transmission is a 12 degree V-drive, direct mount unit that is suitable for pleasure boats, sailboats and small fishing vessels. The units have high capacity, multiple disc clutches that are hydraulically actuated, and are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality standards. These transmissions are compatible with all types of engines, and are cost efective and easy to maintain. Parts and service are available through ZF dealers worldwide.

  • Case hardened and precisely ground gear teeth for long life and smooth running
  • Output shaft thrust bearing designed to take maximum propeller thrust astern and ahead
  • B/W connection integrated with casing
  • Smooth and reliable hydraulic shifting with control lever for attachment of push-pull cable
  • Suitable for twin engine installations (same torque capacity in ahead or astern mode
  • Reduction Ratios in ahead or astern are very close.)
  • Replaceable oil filter cartridge
  • "SUPERSHIFT" clutch control
